What is Windentify Lite ?

Windentify Beta Lite is a freeware demonstration package. The software features claimed demonstrate all possible / feasible solutions to clients. Customers are expected to be IT literate and be able to place a custom requirements order. Checkout our sample protection designs here. As per the level of security your project demands hardware and drivers may cost extra. The professional version uses voice, while the SDK/SERVER purchase are DLL/OCX component versions of Windentify Tools.

From the start menu - start WinDentify.exe   :

 

If you see the above screen, your installation has been successful

BIOMETRIC SAFE PASSWORDS STORAGE

 

Tip: Please enter the same username and password that you use for your windows machine/network logon. Click Create New User ID (or press Enter key)

This account creates two things:

  1. safe storage of username and password
  2. applies direct windows biometric logon. (that simply means, apart from biometric verification, you do not require to enter  username and password every time)

Clicking login will open your security settings, but not before a biometric check, so for now that will be done the last.

Kindly input User ID and Password above 5 characters and click Create.

Note:

Please train your voice password until your accuracy is repeatedly above 96%. 
A longer password will be more accurate.
A pause is required before you start and end the sentence.

BIOMETRIC LOGON [Lite : Works for Windows 2000: Pro Version : Works for XP]

1. Restart your computer

2. Press Cntrl-Alt-Del and you will see the following screen. Please type all your relevant passwords and speaker name used for training (often the same as username)

3. Click Speak to start voice password recording. Click Stop and logon to proceed to Windows. If you voice print match is below 85% you will be denied access to the machine.

BIOMETRIC FILE ACCESS CONTROL

The WinDentify device drivers are designed primarily to hide or deny access to files, folders and registry keys on the Microsoft Windows family of operating systems (Windows NT-based systems, including Windows 2000 and Windows XP). It provides the ability to completely hide the presence of an application and discourage tampering. This applies to File Access Control, Registry Access Control, Trusted Processes

 BIOMETRIC FILE DECRYPTION

Simply Encrypt a File and use voice/biometrics to verify the user and then Decrypt it back to normal. This helps when one or more operating systems are installed on the machine, allowing a hacker to check the files of the other OS of other user. Case also helps for preventing remote file tampering.

BIOMETRIC EXECUTABLES CHECK

Prevent misuse of critical executables , usually applies to important programs, like stocks or financial access). Allow these to execute only upon positive user identification.

WinDentify ensures none of your executable programs are started without a biometric verification. 

Please use this tool with caution, if you accidentally lock your own executable and forget your password, you will have no access left to your program

ACCESS PASSWORD STORAGE AFTER VOICE VERIFICATION

WinDentify password storage ensures safe encrypted storage of your everyday required passwords. From the most important admin password to password for logging to a web server, the settings also allow you to store special notes associated with the records. If you have selected WinDentify Machine Lock, then, during logon, the Pro version allows direct logon with only voice check, no need to enter username and password.

Note clicking "Show Settings" takes you back to your records and critical database.
