text to a spoken wave file or a mp3 file. The conversion can
be in 19 different voices. Apart from allowing programming in
any language platform, the DLL is a highly useful utility, as
in reading web pages and or sending mp3 mails. Also found very
useful in preparation of short multimedia presentations
without use of high volume installations on your users PC. You
may use this as a service on a web page (automatic). Can even
